Develop a set with a clear purpose

Coordinate the assortment, bottle formats and outer packaging before approving the project.

A private label essential oil set should make sense to the buyer opening it. PanPan Aroma works with brand customers to define the assortment, packaging and sampling brief through partner manufacturers. Gift sets, starter assortments and application-led collections require a clear product identity for every item. A coordinated design does not make different oil types interchangeable.

Define the assortment first

Start with your intended customer and selling channel. A botanical essential oil assortment, a fragrance oil collection and a ready-to-use body oil set serve different expectations. Describe each item accurately and avoid mixing those identities under an unclear blanket claim.

For botanical oils, record the botanical name, extraction method and approved specification. For blends or fragrance oils, define the intended application and composition information required for your project. If the assortment contains a carrier oil, distinguish it from the aromatic oils in both packaging and buyer instructions.

Treat the set as one specification

Confirm bottle count, fill volumes, closure choices, label designs, carton layout and inserts together. A set may involve several component suppliers and several artwork versions. The quotation must say what is included and identify any options that change the cost or order minimum.

Review the physical sample for bottle movement, breakage protection, opening experience and the visibility of product names. Printed instructions should match the individual products and their intended uses. A set concept does not establish permission for topical application, ingestion or a therapeutic claim.

Build a useful sample brief

Send the proposed assortment, destination market, approximate set quantity and target launch stage. Say whether you need a retail-ready set, a sample collection for trade buyers or an initial concept for testing.

We discuss the proposed specification, available documentation and sample route before confirming a production plan. Pricing, minimum order quantities and timing are quoted for the complete project. Adding more oils or more packaging designs can change that plan, even when the total bottle count stays similar.
