Fragrance oils are aromatic compositions and must be described separately from botanical essential oils. PanPan Aroma supports fragrance oil supply and private label project inquiries with partner manufacturers. A scent name alone does not establish composition, natural origin or suitability for an application. Tell us what you are making so the discussion starts with the right product requirements.
Describe the scent and the application
A useful brief includes a scent direction, target application and approximate quantity. Explain whether the material is intended for a home fragrance product, a finished cosmetic or another use. Add the application format and any performance characteristics you plan to evaluate.
Reference products can help communicate a scent direction, but they do not establish an exact formula or a right to copy another brand's identity. If you supply a reference, identify the features that matter and describe your own brand and packaging requirements.
Request application-specific evidence
Ask for the relevant product specification, SDS and any available fragrance documentation appropriate to your intended use. Where an IFRA conformity document or allergen information is required, confirm the exact composition, version, use category and scope. Availability and suitability need to be checked for the proposed material.
One composition's documentation cannot be used for an unrelated scent or revised formula. A material that works in one base may behave differently in another. Review samples in your actual formulation and agree the acceptance criteria, including any required stability, compatibility or performance checks.
Separate supply from finished product development
Bulk fragrance supply, filled fragrance bottles and finished consumer products require different work. State which route you need so the quotation includes the relevant components, testing and packaging steps. Do not assume that a concentrated fragrance is ready for direct skin use.
For a private label project, share the destination market, bottle or pack format, expected item count and launch stage. We discuss samples and document requests before confirming the project specification. Pricing, minimum order quantities and timing are quoted by project.
